Your gift message is included on the packing slip included with your order.

Our trees are shipped via USPS Priority Mail only.

We ship Mon-Fri with delivery normally taking 1-5 business days.

We guarantee a healthy tree upon delivery.

Because our trees are perishable and require proper care and handling immediately upon delivery, we are unable to consider replacement requests after 14 days.

We do not accept returns on our Memorial Tree orders.
