I want to ship my order directly to the recipients...can I do this?
Yes, when checking out, you will have the opportunity to provide us with a shipping address that is different from your billing address.

I am shipping my order directly to someone and don't want them to receive an invoice. Is this possible?
We do not include invoicing with any of our shipments. The only invoice you will receive will be the invoice that you receive to the email address supplied when you place an order.

Email us or call us as quickly as possible with the address correction. We normally can make these changes before the orders ship out.

Can I send a gift card with my order?
Most of our items can be shipped with a gift card. Some engraved/customized pieces cannot have a gift card. Please check the product description for your particular item to see if a gift card message is allowed.

I want to return an item that I have purchased. How do I go about doing this?
Your satisfaction is important to us and we want you to shop with confidence. We offer a 30-day, money back guarantee on most orders with the following exceptions:

•Personalized gifts may not be returned unless they are damaged.
•Memorial gift tree orders cannot be returned. No replacements can be sent after 14 days.

To return an item for any reason, just repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible. Please include your order number and/or the name that the item was ordered under or a copy of your confirmation email. Sorry, shipping & handling fees are not refundable on returns and you must pay for return shipping.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. The Comfort Company is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Do you engrave?
We do offer engraving services on the personalized garden memorials. Unfortunately we do not offer any additional engraving services.
